My path wasn’t a straight line. It was filled with uncertainty, detours, and plenty of trial and error - until I discovered my true calling: helping others build careers they love.

I started my career as an underpaid recruitment consultant in India, where I learned firsthand how hiring works and how candidates often get overlooked without the right guidance. From there, I co-founded a UN-endorsed non-profit that trained over 5,000 students and received the National Entrepreneurship Award from Tata for innovation in education.

I went on to pursue my master’s degree in the US and worked with leading companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and OYO. These experiences shaped my belief that career success is not about luck - it’s about strategy, confidence, and meaningful connections.
