I started my career as an underpaid recruitment consultant in India, gaining firsthand insight into how hiring really works and how easily candidates get filtered out without the right guidance.

From there, I went on to co-found a UN-endorsed non-profit organization that trained over 5,000 students, earning a National Entrepreneurship Award from Tata for innovation in education.
